Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend our stainless steel or solid gold pieces, both hypoallergenic and made for everyday wear.
How do I find my ring size?
The easiest way is to check our size guide. If you want to be 100% sure before ordering, we recommend using our ring sizer to get your exact size.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can shop our gift cards online here. The perfect way to let someone choose their own favorites.
When will the item I want be back in stock?
Some of our pieces sell out quickly. When that happens, click the "Notify Me" button on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back. You can also sign up for our newsletter, where we share restocks and new arrivals early.
Shipping
How much is shipping to...?

Will I have to pay for taxes and customs upon delivery?
No duties for Canada or the US. We're a proudly Canadian company and all orders ship from Montreal, so nothing extra on delivery.
For Canadian orders, there are no additional taxes or duties.
For US orders, we cover all taxes and tariff costs, so the price you see at checkout is the only one you’ll ever pay.
For international orders (Europe and Asia), duties are not included.

How long will shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from our Montreal headquarters.
We offer tracked standard and express shipping, so you can choose the option that suits you best at checkout.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
No surprises at the door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, for both Canadian and US orders. We cover all taxes and customs costs on our end, so nothing gets added along the way.
My order
Can I edit my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Contact us and let us know what changes we can make for you and we’ll do our best to make it work.
What is the status of my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.
Keep in mind that delivery times are based on business days, so weekends and public holidays aren't included. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your address, reach out as soon as possible at info@twentycompass.com. We'll do our best to catch it before your order ships, but once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.
What if my order says delivered but I haven't received it?
First, check around your delivery area and with anyone who may have received it for you. Packages are sometimes marked delivered a little early or left in a safe spot. If it still hasn't turned up, email us at info@twentycompass.com with your order number and we'll help you track it down.
Exchanges & Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, which is why every piece comes with a 1 year warranty. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer store credit on all returned items. To exchange, simply place a new order online.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, and we'll provide a free return label. Just reach out to info@twentycompass.com to get started.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Returns received in damaged condition won't be accepted. One free return per order.
Do you offer a jewelry repair service?
Yes. Most repairs are covered under our 1 year warranty, and we can often help with pieces outside that window too. Email us at info@twentycompass.com and we'll let you know your options. Full details on our warranty page here.
What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
We're so sorry about that. If it happens, email us right away at info@twentycompass.com and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

We have a showroom open to the public in Montreal at 4000 Saint-Ambroise, Suite 397.
Monday to Saturday : 10-5pm
Sunday: 10-4pm

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment needed to shop or pick up an order, just come by during opening hours. For a permanent bracelet, we recommend booking ahead here.
