Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect an order once it’s been dispatched!

If the package is sent back to our work space because the address provided isn’t valid, the customer will be notified and additional charges will apply.

In the unlikely event you didn’t receive your package 14 days after its been dispatched, please contact us!
