Extended Holiday Return Policy: To make gift exchanges easier, purchases made from November 15 to December 25 can be exchanged until January 15. Shop with confidence this Holiday season!

We offer store credit in exchange for your returned items and we recommend placing a new order online.

Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. Please contact us at info@twentycompass.com for a free return label.*

Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. If the pieces don't meet the return conditions, we won’t be able to go through with the exchange.

Please note that Sale items are final sale. 

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.

The shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

*Only for Canada. International orders: returns must be ensured by the customer.
