Where is my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Remember that our delivery times refer to business days (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are excluded). If your order hasn't reached you within the promised delivery time, contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I edit my order?
Of course! As long as the order has not been shipped. Contact us and let us know what changes we can make for you and we’ll do our best to make it work :)
Can I exchange items?
Of course! We do exchange within 14 days after the delivery date. The items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Returns received in damaged conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and the customer will be held responsible.
Can I get a refund?
Sadly no! Even if the parcel hasn't been sent yet. However we’ll be happy to give you store credit or exchange your items.
