We no longer offer exchanges online. We offer store credit in exchange for your returned items and we recommend placing a new order online. 

Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.Please contact us at info@twentycompass.com for a return label.*

Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. If the pieces don't meet the return conditions, we won’t be able to go through with the exchange.

Please note that Sale items are final sale. 

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.

*Only for Canada. International orders: returns must be ensured by the customer.

You can exchange your items or receive store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.

WARRANTY

When you receive your jewelry, be sure to inspect it to make sure it is in perfect condition.

If you receive a broken product or it breaks within 60 days after you received it, please send us an e-mail and we will exchange you the item if you send us all the pieces. 

Please note that the plating is not covered by the warranty. We don't accept any returns, exchanges or replacements due to a change of color of our vermeil rings.

In case of loss of the package by the carrier, please contact us.
