Exchange and warranty policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you ordered the wrong ring size, we will be happy to exchange your items! We do exchange within 14 days after the delivery date. The pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Returns received in damaged conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and the customer will be held responsible. Customers are in charge of sending the items back to us, but we’ll cover charges to send out the replacement items. Please contact us to begin the exchange process. 

Please be advised that we do not accept returns and do not refund!

You changed your mind about your order? Contact us! We’ll be happy to give you store credit for future purchase.


If you receive a broken product or it breaks within 60 days after you received it, please send us an e-mail and we will exchange you the item if you send us all the pieces. Please note that the plating is not covered by the warranty. We strictly don't accept any returns, exchanges or replacements due to a change of color of our vermeil rings.
